Mail Forwarding Services is committed to provide
excellence in mail forwarding, and just that. No
hype, no hidden charges, no surprises. We are here
to provide you with sure and complete mailing
service. We are able to offer weekly, bi-monthly, or
monthly mailings, along with over-night, or Priority
Mail, if requested. Our commitment to you is
service, not flowery prose, or unfulfilled promises.
We have a toll-free number for your convenience,
and offer 24 hour service. You can phone in your
address changes on a daily basis, or can forecast your
moves 12 months in advance. (If your itinerary
changes, a simple 800 call will insure that your mail
arrives at your "home" WHEN YOU DO, no matter
where your home may be.) Our goal is to receive
your mail, and deliver it to you, as per your
instructions! Nothing less!
Mail Forwarding Services will forward all of your
mail, avoid bulk and third class ("junk") mail, or
deliver first class only! (You are never 'locked-in'!
You can change from month to month, or even week to week.)
Mail Forwarding Services charges your actual
postage costs against your postage fund, we do not
add "handling and/or service charges".
Mail Forwarding Services can also provide you
with a street address for UPS delivery, or other needs.
Mail Forwarding Services:

will sort and discard obvious JUNK MAIL (at your request.)
can hold magazines for future mailings.
will hold your mail FOR ANY PERIOD, until you notify us.
will accept COD/postage due mail.

meters all mail, and charges you only actual postage, never any handling
charges.
offers Certified/Registered, UPS, Federal Express, and/or International Mailing
services.
will never sell our mailing lists, or provide client information, except where
legally required.
can provide immediate FAX service for your "important" mail.

OPERATORS!
Let's be honest, many of these "live" operators are
nothing but answering services. Answering services are
expensive, and are busy answering phones for
everything from doctors to used car lots. Frankly, Mail
Forwarding Services uses an answering machine after
hours. The answering machine belongs to us, and is
located right here on our premises. The first thing we
do EVERY DAY (after making the coffee!), is to check
our machine, and enter any corrections, additions,
and/or changes into our computer. When you call, the
live operator you hear WILL BE US!! Otherwise, you
will get "the machine"!!
In our experience, normally, when you move your
"home" it is not on the spur of the moment, but a
planned event, and one that can be forecast several days
(or weeks) in advance. Chances are, even if one were
to move abruptly, there would be some mail "in transit"
that would cause delay. The ability to speak to a
"live operator" at two in the morning would not prevent this.
Mail Forwarding Services assures you that if you
reach our answering machine, we will forward your
mail to the address you specify. (After all, even the
phone company uses "the machine" at times!!)
Mail Forwarding Services is a service oriented
company, and we want to help you enjoy your travel,
without the worries and inconveniences of dealing with
the hassles of normal mail forwarding.
